EquoSol offers you a new concept in the field of equestrian soils, designed from calibratedpine shredding, derived from our eco-managed Pyrenean forests. An equestrian soil thatpreserves the health of horses while acting for the environment. For any order of a quantity equivalent or greater than 800 square meters, a member of our team will come on-site to ensure the smooth running of the process and to guarantee you the best possible result. This
free service is included in the price of your product. For orders below 800 square meters, this service is not included. However, it is offered to you as an additional service. The amount of the service may vary depending on your location. This service amounts to 500€, excluding travel expenses. An exact price will be communicated to you in your quote. Note that our team ensures the follow-up of soils that meet the EquoSol approach to soil
preparation and maintenance. A complete guide will be provided upon validation of your quote.

Rates :
The applied rates are 15€ excluding taxes per square meter, with a thickness of 15 cm. The EquoSol product is subject to a 20% VAT.

Ordering Process :
As for our ordering process, contact us to inform us of your project. Our team will be responsible for answering your questions and providing you with a quote. Once the quote is approved, we will send you an invoice along with a complete guide for the preparation of your soil before receiving your order. A step-by-step preparation that will allow you to  achieve the full potential of the equestrian wooden soil. This guide will also indicate how to maintain your soil so that it retains all its properties over time. The start of your order is triggered once the deposit is received, i.e., 50% of the total amount including taxes for the materials and the total amount for transportation. Note that the preparation and installation of the soil are at your expense. All payments are to be made by bank transfer to the account attached to your invoice. The remaining 50% of the payment is to be settled once the
delivery of your soil is completed, also by bank transfer.

Delivery :
Our company ensures delivery throughout France, as well as in neighboring countries. When preparing your quote, you will receive the indicative rate for our delivery service. It is important to take into account that this rate may evolve depending on periods or variations in fuel prices. In case you do not have a specific date, we can check with our transport service to obtain the most attractive rate. You also have the possibility to bring your own
carrier.

Returns and Refunds :
Once the quote is signed, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days. After these 14 days, we
initiate the shipment of your materials. Subsequently, no returns or refunds are possible. All the necessary information for the realization of your arena will be provided to you. Our team is also at your disposal to answer your questions and advise you. We can also travel to support you as closely as possible to your project. All our products are checked before shipment to offer you the best possible customer experience. If, however, you notice any anomaly upon receiving your product, contact us by phone or email. Don't forget to attach photos and/or videos so that we can better assess the situation.

Guarantees :
The EquoSol product is a living material that evolves over the years depending on your climate and the nature of your soil. The recommendations from the preparation guide as well as the advice from our team allow you to obtain the best possible result. However, it is important to consider that it is an organic material whose evolution may vary depending on several modalities. The final result can therefore be different from one project to another.
Its slow decomposition guarantees extended durability. The quality and calibration of our shredding limit the addition of additional material every 5 to 7 years while improving its technical characteristics.

Intellectual Property :
